Platform Terms of Service
Last updated: 15.09.2026
These terms describe the current rules for using NALDERN as a client or independent professional.
1. Platform role
NALDERN is a marketplace through which independent clients and professionals find one another, arrange services and process payments. Professionals are independent service providers unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Accounts, eligibility and verification
Users must provide accurate details, secure their account and have legal capacity to contract. A person may prepare and publish a professional profile before completing NALDERN's payout verification, but paid checkout, payout onboarding and receipt of service earnings remain blocked until NALDERN has verified the provider status required by the platform. This product rule does not replace any legal duty to register before carrying on economic activity.
3. Profiles, scope and bookings
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of skills, rates, licences, availability and qualifications. Clients are responsible for accurately describing the work location, scope and relevant risks. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Fees and settlement
The client pays the provider service amount plus the displayed NALDERN platform service fee. NALDERN acts as an intermediary and does not acquire or resell the underlying service. The current pricing rule is 10% with a minimum fee of €2.99, and the exact pricing snapshot is stored when each booking is created. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Provider earnings are transferred only after the completion workflow and required registration checks. The service is not described as regulated escrow unless separately authorised.
NALDERN may run promotional or referral rewards that reduce the service fee, including to 0%, for eligible bookings. Referral rewards are limited to 3 per professional in the current launch program and may be withheld or reversed in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, cancellation or refund.
5. Evidence and admin review
Before-and-after images are private operational evidence, visible only to the client and professional participating in the booking and authorised administrators. Admin review checks consistency with the stated scope; it is not a technical inspection, professional certification or safety warranty.
6. Cancellations, disputes and refunds
Unpaid bookings can be cancelled through the platform. Paid bookings require a cancellation request and admin review. Full or partial refunds and connected-account transfer reversals may be processed separately. Refund decisions consider the agreed scope, communications, evidence, consumer law, processor rules and any work already completed.
7. Ratings
Only clients from completed bookings may rate a professional. Reviews must be truthful, relevant and free of unlawful, abusive or private information.
8. Prohibited services
Illegal, unsafe or regulated services may not be offered without the necessary authorisation. The platform may suspend accounts, remove profiles or stop a transaction where fraud, illegality or safety risk is suspected.
9. Taxes, registration, DAC7, licences and insurance
Providers are responsible for maintaining the tax/provider registration, licences, permits and insurance required for their activity. NALDERN may verify registration details before enabling paid checkout and again before each payout, block or suspend payments where registration cannot be confirmed, and retain information needed for statutory reporting. Where DAC7 or other platform-reporting rules apply to NALDERN, the platform may collect, verify, retain and report provider identification information, amounts paid or credited and transaction counts to the competent tax authority as required by law.
10. Contact
NALDERN is operated by NALDERN. Statutory operator details are available on the legal information page. Legal information.
